7. Limitation of Liability

- Termination by ZETWEB TECHNOLOGIE: We may terminate the agreement if the client breaches any of the terms, fails to pay fees on time, or engages in illegal or unethical activities.
Upon termination, the client must return or destroy any ZETWEB TECHNOLOGIE intellectual property or confidential information in their possession.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ZETWEB TECHNOLOGIE PRIVATE LIMITED and its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or costs (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:
